A decade after winding down operations as the Morgan Door Company, the site was purchased by The Morgan Partners, LLC with the goal of redeveloping the environmentally impacted former manufacturing facility into a key piece of Downtown Oshkosh. After demolishing more than 100,000 square feet of buildings and addressing centuries old environmental contamination, The Morgan Partners worked with the City of Oshkosh to dedicate several thousand feet of Riverwalk to the City’s Riverwalk system. Additionally, the property received multiple grants from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp, including the Idle Industrial Sites grant and Site Assessment Grant. The ongoing work on site design ensures that the next phase will be an exiting and vibrant part of downtown Oshkosh
